Was going through my old blog (which has been deactivated now) and could not help myself but save some goodies 🙂 and some of my posts just made me cringeeeeeee! Was good (and funny) to look back at myself and my thought patterns of 2003 – 2007 🙂
(One of the MMAANNYYYY ladies nights and if I’m not mistaken this was quite memorable!)
(We were meant to see each other at the bus stop on Symonds St!! Because look at where we are now me dear!)
(We look so young nettey-girllllll)
(All about signs; and it was a sign to connect then and now babe!)
(There were some crazy mad times, so many burst out laughing times but most of all the times I had with you 3 were just beyond awesome!)
(You two never fail to make me laugh and cringe at the same time, love you too bits!)
To all the wonderful people who influenced and gave me all the invaluable experiences (some unwanted ones) while I was navigating the treacherous roads of my 20’s; I owe you one! Love you long time 🙂
Just needed a mid week pick me up! Happy week everyone 🙂
With all the craziness that happens in our world today and tomorrow, sometimes we just need to take a deep breath and see the light at the end of the tunnel 🙂 and this seriously made me smile today, despite the tragedy of the Boston Marathon bombing that happened!
And on top of that, there is a huge event happening in Singapore on the 27th April and you need to be there! becauseeeeee Littlest Asia and MAAB Curator will be there with all the awesomeness of the collections and accessories! See you there!

It was definitely a night of fun and laughter, which incidentally was the whole point of this charity dinner. This would have been my first ever charity dinner: the helping out, the organizing, selling tickets and so on. I have to admit, in the beginning I was apprehensive with ticket sales.. I mean, who in Kuching would go for a political satire/parody type comedy? I mean, it’s the kind of small town mentality that I have experienced so far, minus one or two anomalies lol..
Surprisingly, we sold out (yes! I know!!!) and there were even requests for seats on the day of the event! Wooohoooo!! Together with the actual charity dinner, we also have a mini bazaar featuring Ramsay Ong, Gerald Goh and Tucu Salt outside in the foyer, in support of Barefoot Mercy. There was definitely an air of festive-ness before the dinner and show 🙂
Personally I really enjoyed the cast and their skits or sketches or parodies (I think that’s what you called it) and yes although there were some ‘sensitive’ issues, it’s all in good fun 🙂 I mean, if you can’t laugh at some the serious stuff, what can you laugh at? What about the nonsense that they show us on national TV?
Anyways, regardless 🙂 I really enjoyed the show and really enjoyed getting to know the cast and hanging out, they are actually a funny bunch in real life too. here’s hoping to more fun times!
P/S pics are from barefoot mercy 🙂
Not 6 months ago I was having weekly Skype meetings, random whatsapp messages which turn into a quick business meeting with people all over the world (namely the beautiful land of Chilan aka MIC lol and the land of kangaroos) but this past few weeks it’s been actual face to face meetings and boardrooms and funky places. This is INSANE! And I LOVVVEEEEE it!
With the workshop coming up, and charity dinner after that, August is literally flying past. And sooooo Looking forward to KL this weekend for the research part of work 🙂
Some funny stuff on FB this week, but these are my absolute fav!
And on a side note: we’re looking for people. If you think you fit the bill, give me a holler 🙂

Been using pinterest quite a lot lately, mostly getting ideas for the big secret 🙂 and also just another social media for me to waste time on 🙂 and I have to say, it has been quite addictive. Not as engaging as stumbleupon, but just as visually exciting.
If you haven’t signed up, what are you waiting for!!! 🙂 PM or DM me for an invite, seriously!
(something to be excited about, big things happening!!)
I saw this on facebook and was superbly impressed. Definitely a must for anyone thinking of attending any kind of public event 🙂 of political influence 🙂
Keep safe this Saturday 🙂
a huge lot of typography statements has been making its rounds on the social media websites, as well as being spammed in our inbox’s. some have struck a chord and some, surprisingly, are basically common phrases, but when read in the context of things, all of a sudden, make sense.
These ones really made my day! 🙂
Have an awesome week!
sometimes, all it takes is an image or in this case, a saying. it paints a thousand words, it builds your innermost foundation. it made me laugh 🙂
crazy times ahead, so i need all the funnies i can get!
